  The Woodpecker Aluminum insert series are cast and have been proven to be stronger and stiffer than other brands. They are loaded with great features that make them popular with woodworkers. If you have a Woodpecker brand router table, this insert will fit it perfectly.

  • 8 fine pitch leveling screws to fine tune your insert plate to the table. Seasonable movement affects all router tables and these adjustments make it easy to level the insert.
  • Comes with three plastic twist lock rings (1", 1-3/16" and 2-5/8". openings)
  • The main opening (with no rings installed) is 3-9/16", which will hold most large raised panel bits.
  • Starter pin

  Will the 7518 plate fit a Triton TRA001 Router? Yes it will fit regarding the pre-drilled mounting holes, however you will need to drill an additional hole for the above the table adjustment tool that is a feature of this router only.

• Will this plate fit a Porter Cable 7518?  No, that is a different plate (AI7518)
• Will this fit other router tables?  No, it will only fit Woodpecker brand tables, unless you are building your own design.
• What if I have an issue with this insert?  We support every Woodpecker product as a certified dealer.
• Do I have to do any drilling?  No
• Is there more rings than the three included?  Yes you can purchase a twist lock ring set separately for up to 8 different sizes if insert rings.
• What is the largest bit I can use in this plate.  By taking the inner most ring out, you can spin a large panel 3 1/2" router bit.  The opening is four inches.
• How come these are so much more money than other inserts?  Woodpecker sets the minimum advertised pricing on all their products.  If you find one cheaper online, there is a very good chance the seller is not an authorized dealer.  Only authorized dealers give support for products.
