Save money and the aggravation of trying to fit together a precision router table package.  This set up includes all the items and features your really want on your router table.  A stellar micro dot laminate top with the amazing router lift and precise super fence make this router table a force to be reckoned with.

Top

·         23-1/2 x 31-1/2 x 1-3/8 thick

·         router opening centered length wise and offset back approximately 13” from the front.

·         plate opening is a standard 9-1/4 x 11-3/4, 3/8 deep with 3/4 radiused corners.

·         8  leveling screws to set the router plate flush with the table surface.

·         All outside edges are sealed with PVC edge banding.

·         MDF construction with Woodpeckers Micro Dot Laminate

·         Two embedded, anodized aluminum tracks are spaced on 17” centers to accommodate Woodpeckers LE or Super Fence.

·         Our new tables also feature an anodized aluminum combination T-Miter Channel / T-track which is bolted in from underneath making it extremely resistant to pull-out when using feather boards or other types of clamps.

·         Like all Woodpeckers router tables, the table is laminated on both sides with a full thickness, horizontal grade laminate, pressed in a fifty ton press, heated for four hours to stabilize the panel and machined in a CNC router to achieve tight tolerance features.

Fence

·         Super Fence Single Offset, 36”

·         Offset In Feed, Fixed Out feed.

·         micro-adjustable offset capabilities. With this offset capabilities you can set an offset of any amount up to 1/4".

·         dust collection port to fit 2-1/4 and 2-1/2” hose,

·          variable throat capabilities to handle router bits up to 4” in diameter and multiple

·         T-Slots on every surface.  Accepts all featherboards

·         The fence is nearly 4” tall and 5” deep with heavier than usual wall thickness for optimum support of demanding router functions.

·         The Super Fence can attach directly to slots spaced 17” apart from center to center. Optional Universal Track Clamps are available for clamping to the edge of a router table. (Max table length is 36” for use with the clamps. No table size limit if mounting to slots.).
