Router Table and Lift Chart Reference

This is the chart that all woodworkers need to have mounted on the wall over their router table work station. A super good looking chart engraved on white board so that you can actually use it, then clean it when you are done and return it to the wall.

Router Table Profiles

No matter how long you have been using your router table its always good to have a picture of the most common profiles ready and available for reference.  If you are thinking about which bit to use on your original project, or just referencing an article, this chart comes in handy.  You can also use it to figure out which profile would look good on your original project.  Each profile comes with the references for the bit such as length, width and radius etc.  The best part is that the chart is engraved in white board so you can use any dry erase pens to make notes or adjustments as you use the chart.

Router Table Lift conversion chart

You may have noticed that your lift references decimals yet you normally think in fractions.  This chart gives you a way to quickly make the conversion without stopping what you are doing to find a calculator or look it up.  Most conversion charts do not include unusual conversions like a 59/64” to decimal, but this one does.  Now you can put the precision of your router table to work by making small adjustments.

Router Speed Chart

No doubt you have all seen a speed chart designed to give you an idea of what speed to turn certain diameter bits.  If you spin a large raised panel bit too fast without slowing it down, we all know what happens.  Knowing the correct speed for every bit takes a lot of brain power, knowing that the chart is hanging on the wall ready for reference is another.
