This is a scratch n dent Tablesaw Extension.  It has all the great features (listed below) from our regular extensions with the exception of some cosmetic flaws.  Please see the video on the main page if you have questions about this item.

If you are thinking about adding a router table to your table saw, then this table saw extension is perfect for saving space in your shop.  The router table saw extension is sized perfectly for contractor saws.  The deluxe fence and insert give you all the features you look for in a table saw extension.

  • 24 x 27  
  • 1 3/8" thick
  • Top and Bottom Laminate surface
  • 3/4" mitre track installed


Deluxe Insert with removable rings

  • 12"x 9" x 3/8" thick
  • 1/4" mounting lip
  • 1 1/4" opening for Porter Cable style bushings
  • 2 5/8" opening
  • 4" opening
  • Can be used with any router
  • Starter pin included
  • Stays perfectly in place with magnets and set screws to the top  Perfect for fine precision work.


Fence

  • Split fence design
  • Aluminum angle iron with dust cutout
  • Aluminum measures 24 x 3" x 3"
  • MDF adjustable fences are a whopping 1" thick
  • MDF fences measure 12" x 6"
  • T-track installed for accessories!
  • Upgraded dust port with 2 1/2 adaptor to attach directly to 2 1/2" hose
  • Measuring tape on top of fence



Mounting frame

This table has a frame built and attached to the table that makes it easy to mount to your contractor saw.  The dimensions are:

  • Outer diameter 27" x 21 1/4"
  • Inner diameter 24 5/8" x 19"
  • finished in clear poly
