This eliminates 99% percent of questions and or problems New Fraud Policy Due to increasing credit card fraud RTD will now verfiy orders that are over $400 or orders that the shipping address and the billing address differ. Returns Returns are categorized into two different categories: Those returned for defect Those returned for change of mind If you change your mind about a purchase from RTD, you may return it. We would request that you ship the item with only a reputable shipping company such as UPS, Federal Express or the USPS. You will need to purchase the shipping and make sure the item is shipped in its original box. Upon inspection of the returned item you will be refunded the full price of the item plus your original shipping costs (not the return cost) minus a 25% restocking fee. If the item is not sellable, we will contact you with an adjustment. Return address is: Router Table Depot 1730 E. Hwy 50, #18 Clermont,FL 34711 Defective items are separated by brand, If it is a RTD brand, we will of course replace the defective part or replace the whole item. This sometimes happens in the manufacturing world. We will happily assist you and return you to the state of woodworking. Certain brand names other than the RTD (router table depot) brand will be covered by their individual warranty programs. RTD does not maintain those programs so you must follow their guidelines. Please contact us if you have questions on this. We strive to give our customers piece of mind and ensure that you will not be "stuck" with anything that does not work. Shipping RTD carries several different brands and they sometimes ship at different times and different locations. RTD items are inventoried on site and ship the fastest. All other brands are carried in house but sometimes we run out of stock and send them via the brand vendor. All Brands have agreed to help us help you buy filling in the holes of inventory which can sometimes be hard to stay stocked in quantities. Rest assured we will do our very best in sending items out on a timely manner, we are only interested in giving you a great shopping experience so that you can return to us for all your woodworking needs. If you have a shipping question, please contact us at shipping@routertabledepot.com. Please do not call the 800 line because operators do not have access to order information. All orders are shipped same day if received by 2 pm EST. Items received after 2 pm will ship out the following day. RTD reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier. We have several good working agreements worked out with all the carriers and we choose which carrier based on the item and the timeframe of the order. Shipping damage If you have any damage to your product, there is a good chance it is from the shipping process. This is very common since our products are large and heavy. We have pretty much seen it all. If you get damage, please contact us and we will make the arrangements to replace your item or replace the damaged part. If you can take a picture of the damage it will make our claim process that much easier. Large router tables cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. If you have a small order, the USPS may be used if you include a PO Box. You will receive a shipment tracking number which is automatically sent when the item ships. RTD practices Green Recycling techniques. Packing materials may include recycled packing fill material to further enhance and save our landfills. International shipping At this time RTD does NOT support international shipping or orders from HI, and AK or PR. The reason being is that most of our specialty items are very heavy and to ship internationally is very expensive. Most customers do not realize this and then become unwilling to pay the higher fees that are incurred with international shipments. Liability RTD functions as a Limited Liability Company. You the customer incur full responsibility for the safety of your person while using our products. We are not responsible for any personal damage from using our products in an inappropriate manner. We cannot monitor every woodworker in their woodworking environment. We therefore assume that the buyer of our products understand the safety issues of operating power tools. By purchasing power tools, accessories, books, plans or any other product from Router Table Depot, you agree to be completely responsible for your own safety, the safety of others, and personal property. All third party brands are covered under manufactures warranties and policies.
