Our new TLR Phenolic Router Plate combines the convenience of TwistLOCK rings with the quality of a phenolic router plate.

This Pre-drilled Plate fits:  Porter Cable models 690, 890, 7529, 8529  Makita Models 1101 and Bosch Models 1617,1618 series and DeWalt 618 series.

This Pre-drilled fits Porter Cable Model 7518 and 7539 only.

TwistLOCK Rings can be changed in just seconds with out any need for adjustment. Each TwistLOCK Ring is carefully machined to match flush with the plate to within a few thousandths of an inch.

Each router plate and ring is engraved with clear markings for your router type and ring installation direction.

Unlike polycarbonate or acrylic plates, Woodpecker phenolic router plates remain true under a wide range of operating temperatures and won't sag even in the hottest shops.

Each router plate is machined in a CNC milling machine to exacting tolerances to give you a perfect fit with Woodpecker router tables and other router tables with a 9¼ x 11¾ opening. Eight threaded set screws are accessible from above to simplify leveling. These router plates also feature our exclusive adjustable brass plungers to ensure a perfect fit in the router table opening.

Each 3/8" thick router plate includes three TwistLOCK Rings with 2-5/8", 1" and a 1-3/16" guide bushing openings, a steel starting pin, spanner wrench and if pre-drilled, the special screws needed to mount your router. Woodpecker TLR Phenolic Router Plates are available pre-machined for your router mounting screws.
